01 Product Planning

Before starts we refine the IP concept, target audience, and budget. We suggest product sizes, materials, packaging options, structural planning, and risk analysis. All development schedules are transparently shared with clients.

원작 가이드를 기준으로 컬러·형태·비율·디테일 수를 맞추어 패턴과 아트워크를 설계합니다. 2D 시안/목업 후 빠른 피드백 라운드를 거쳐 샘플 제작을 위한 기술서(Tech Pack) 를 확정합니다.

Design

02

시제품(샘플) 제작과 권리자 감수/승인을 완료합니다. 파일럿 생산으로 공정·품질을 점검한 뒤 본생산을 시작하며, KC/ISO 기준의 검수와 포장, 출고까지 원스톱으로 수행합니다. 진행 현황은 주간 리포트로 투명하게 공유합니다.
